I have astral projected hundreds of times and have never seen any “chord” connecting me back to my body. I have looked for it many times, I never see it. IMO it’s a red herring made by someone online to tell normies so when they say they astral projected they’ll talk about the “chord of light” and we’ll know they’re lying.

My father used to say he had outer body experiences prior to an epileptic fit. I've had them from panic attacks but they feel awful, like I have one foot in reality and one foot out of it.
