Why do people believe in free will?
It's not that they believe in it, they just rebel against what they infer is the opposite, being controlled. Being unable to make choices. The real answer is that sticking the word "free" in there is just confusing the matter.

There is simply will. If it wasn't free, it wouldn't be will. It would be someone elses will.

The only way in which your will isn't free is when it is someone elses will.

"Free will" must exist with determinism and occasionally break into violence. Volition doesn't govern self indulgences. Specifying the behavior makes you sound retarded OP. Niggers act on impluse so logic isn't applicable.
