Is this real / legitimate and some questions

Is this real?
Why does the person say to not take comfort in the "you are protected by the vast distance" part?
And does the imagining stuff part only take effect / affect if you've done the rest of the steps and or just do the sexual part or do you have to do both?
experience / contact the supposed entity itself just by calling to it through meditation and or some other method that is not the ritual itself?
I remember I had read a comment about how a commentor believes that it is real / legitimate because the original poster of this post posted some detailed comments about certain theories and such. Do those comments make it more legitimate?
Would anything at all happen if one were to use the term, boundary water/boundary of the waters, and or any variation of the terms any could think of? Whether it is for fiction or something else. Does it depend at all?
Would anything happen at all if one were to create fictional characters that went, lived, and or something else there? What about the supposed entity itself?
What if one made water elemental characters / water themed / water related / characters made of water that lived and or went there and or did something else there? Wound something happen at all?
What about mermaids sirens etc?
Could one use reality shifting methods to skip this ritual and just go there?
