Although you can always summon one. There are a good few methods to it, listed in The Discoverie of Witchcraft and I think the Book of Oberon? But ceremonial magic bores the hell out of me, with its lengthy prayers and conjurations that we're supposed to memorize and recite. So I'd personally not bother unless I could use a cheat sheet or find a simpler method.

The best method (to anything) is always your own method. Explore and knock on their door yourself, the fancy rituals and props are more like forcing the entities to attention, anyway. You want to humbly approach them or better yet convince them to approach you.

The easiest way is using art of any kind as a bridge for the "sylphs" or thoughtforms to begin roosting in your tree, so to speak. First you will have to entice them... which is what most of Hollywood and the previous druidic-fronts are doing with music and performance art / acting to achieve high ritual magic.
