How much more powerful is a straight rught punch from a right handed man compared with a straight left punch from the same man? Whar about jab, cross, hook or uppercuts. Any available tables measuring speed and impact or similar?

F=M*A where F is force, M is mass, and A is acceleration. That means that more force is created when you can get your mass behind the acceleration of your strike, and the straight cross is the punch that allows you to do that the best, hence, is the strike that creates the most force.
