it's not similar. the pouty mouth isn't the same, the eye socket on the left are more blocky square instead of rounded, the philtrum is missing and it should be more pointy like a duck beak, the back of his head is slightly flatter instead of rounded. it's not the same.

First result i get for the frog on the right. it would be alright with a few edits on the eyes and lips. The frog on the left might give better results because it's more symmetrical. you can try yourself for free. i recommend cutting the head nicely on your pic so it doesn't try interpreting a body, then the results could get more hazardous.
