You can straight up replicate that gif by do the same corner cutting shit they use to do that.
If you mean something like heavy usage of perspective without that 3D motion/visage or trying to replicate sketchy animation, then no. Not at the moment.

This looks hilariously bad, in that unintentionally funny kind of way. Unless this is from a gag anime, then it's acceptable to use low quality visuals as a gag. Otherwise, this would fit perfectly in those QUALITY threads in /a/.
