Impossible to tell unless you are some kind of expert in the idiosyncrasies of aliasing algorithms and recognize the sampler/blur specifics. You could make something that looks functionally identical in any of the main content creation suites. And I have the impression a lot of people use Daz and Source Filmmaker. Unreal, Unity etc could also be used.
If you wanted to do it you'd just pick whatever you're most familiar/comfortable with as it can be done everywhere.
I would personally use max and the quicksilver hardware renderer, but not because it's the best just because I already know it inside out.
