Picrel is the latest BL I've been recently enjoying a lot. It is relatable in ways that makes me more immersed in the story than most people, both on the dementia caregiver fatigue part and being on both ends of the depression and their caregiver spectrum. It's more intense than what I count as completely believable, but I enjoy it nonetheless. It stands out from a lot of manga in its subject matter, BL or not.
The only bad part is that the romance is slow, and the translated parts just barely scratched the surface for it thus far. But at least scanlations are quick this time around, so I'm indifferent to its slower pace.

If by Yuuri, you mean a depressed and suicidal guy, then maybe Shintan Kairou? The MC does far less suicidal actions after the first chapter than Will You Let Me Stay Here's MC, but he still very much feels psychologically incapable of being happy, and is very much depressed. Another difference is that this MC does some unforgivable actions rather than being a straightforward victim. But otherwise, I think you'll find it similar enough.
Too bad the scanlations are releasing at a snail's pace (like once in half a year nowadays), but at least there still quite a backlog in English to catch up to the latest chapter. I personally really like it regardless, and is one of my favourites for ongoing BL for a reason.

I never gave them much thought though cause again, I've never really read isekai. However last night I played through the entirety of Commamion's "Shounen Madoushi Miru" and in the game, you play as a shota sorcerer who mind controls people with his cum. You even use charm spells to make shotas more willing to accept your cum. The game ends with every shota in a village becoming part of your harem, including the one shota that's trying to stop you (who you successfully mind control in the end). But at no point in the game does it treat you as being "evil" for doing this. The narrative never questions your actions and one could even argue the ending CG implies you're actually a good guy for doing this, because now all the shotas are happy (mind controlled into being happy, but happy nevertheless).

One common subgenre of naroukei is "everyone picked on me because they thought I was the weakest/worst but actually I am the nicest guy and now I am the most useful so only people good enough to not automatically treat me like shit get to benefit from my friendship." Absolutely classic fantasy for any teenager or young adult who felt put upon by society. You could say it's just underdog stories taken to a little extreme, but the bully characters are plain illogically mean at the start. The kind of characters that have no depth and only exist to be hated so their motivations never hold up under scrutiny. Those are what they are comparing the actions of the hero to, so when he adopts a sobbing little girl from the slave trader's cage, he's performing an act of kindness in contrast with the bullies who make unprovoked accusations at a character so flimsy they have to reinvent racism to find anything to say he's hated for. Any other slave owner would treat her badly, only the MC can be a nice guy, of course.

There's rarely actual mind control like in your example, just bland characters changing their minds and swooning.
