Again, even if the MT anime rights were to lie with Kadokawa and not Toho, the problem is that Rudeus only achieves his true final form (meaning, the one that stays an adult for the rest of the series) by the third season, when Eris returns and Rudeus becomes an employee of the Orsted Megacorporation.
Plus, Rudeus even at the end of season 2 already has regular sex, wives and children, so he really doesn't fit in with the eternal virgins that is the rest of the isekai quartet/quintet/sextet/septet/octet/nonet/dectet.

He outright said that Reinhard "could not withstand a battle on the scale of a city or country" when he has been said multiple times out of story and within story that he can single-handedly end the world (which is filled with characters who can wipe cities in single attacks). This argument was done to death when the movie was coming out, and the anons here discussed this at a length and level of autism you can be guaranteed Tappei didn't when making that statement. The problem with Ainz facing Reinhard is that Reinhard cannot be killed and can fight endlessly while Ainz cannot. Ainz will be losing mana, resurrections, items, summons, having skills go on cooldown, etc, while Reinhard has infinite resurrections and literally gains more superpowers as you fight him.
For example, Reinhard has abilities that let him nullify 80% of magic (which when combined with his natural durability and magic resistance means he may as well be immune), but when confronted with a magical flame that can hurt him he gains a new ability that nullifies 80% of all magical and nonmagical flames and explosions (and he can do this for wind, earth, water, and other sources as well), which on top of his previous ability gives him 80% resistance against nonmagical explosions and flames and now 96% against magical ones. The more you fight him the stronger he gets

IIRC Longinus is one of "The 20" which stand above all other world items. The only way to block longinus's power would be to have another of "the 20". I'm pretty sure World champion, ouroboros and the caloric stone are the other revealed world items that are part of "The 20"

For monsters it increases his encounter rates with them and usually he woke up getting swarmed by a ton of monsters. For the rest, it makes it easier to earn their trust.
