Huh, do we have any idea of where Sou-chan lives? I got curious and tried to sleuth out where her place might be, and all I got is that she's in the Amakusa islands in Kumamoto prefecture, most likely on Ueshima or Oyano Island. The best clues we have are the aquarium they go to multiple times (Sea Donut Aquarium on Maejima Island), the "top of the mountain" lookout (found a couple of places that could match, but I'm not 100% sure), a Niko Nikoya department store that I couldn't find, and the Amakusa Shirou statue but again I couldn't find a perfect match.
Realistically Sou could live anywhere on Ueshima or Oyano and just bike her way across the entire island as our whole potential area is like 40km by 20km if you include Shimoshima island just in case.
