Tappei accidentaly made the perfect wife when making Rem. How did he do it and is it a case of accidentally hitting gold?

Attention all employees.
We've been receiving an influx of complaints from our esteemed clients who have purchased and ventured into the Re:Zero universe. It appears that one "Reinhard van Astrea" has been causing issues, preventing users from fulfilling their power fantasies. Upper management is threatening to fire us unless we come up with ways to stop him (kill or otherwise put him out of commission) as customer satisfaction is a key part of our business model.
R&D will be working with us and can provide employees with anything they may need to achieve this objective. With their help we can a) prevent Reinhard from obtaining any further help or powerups from Od Laguna (he will only have what he has now and no more, including stopping his Phoenix blessing from activating more than once) b) move any beings into the Re:Zero dimension to fight him or vice-versa.

Od Lagana has demonstrated it's ability to give resistances and counters to even nonmagical phenomenon (see Fireplay, Waterplay, Mudplay, Sunburn, a couple others), so there's no guarantee that Od doesn't just recognize the phenomenon and put a stop to it.
