The biggest impact was like Badigadi said at the end there Hitogami giving up on killing Rudeus and his family while Rudeus is alive and his decision to abandon that plan until Rudeus dies of natural old age.
That’s the biggest impact bigger than Orsted not being able to fight Laplace and having to rely on Orstedcorp even.
The mosaic man got so utterly mindraped that he really started believing there’s no point to throwing resources at Rudy anymore while he’s alive.
Primarily because even before Orsted took the field they managed to get through without anybody dying, if in this Biheiril encounter Hito had managed to kill at least Eris via Gal or someone important to Rudeus or K3 had managed to kill Rudy then he might’ve not given up at all but the fact that they managed to clutch their way out of that whole clusterfuck without any deaths utterly mindbroke Hito, the action sequences themselves were far superior to vol 15 if you ask me and in anime form that will translate even better.
You can screencap this post since MT is getting a full adaption anyway. Final arc adaption will be way better than what’s going to air in s3. It’s custom made for anime.

I like the Biheiril War arc miles better than the entire Demon Continent adventure arc, unironically. Probably because in the war there's a lot of setpieces involved and there's like a Secret Ops planning and missions going on. My main problem with Vol3-6 adventure, besides the low-scale action, is that it just feels like Rudeus and co. are just waddling along until they get to the end of it, they just encounter some shit in one place and move ahead. They just want to go home, so they don't have plans to explore the world and maybe be on a quest to acquire some cool artifacts, there's not too much tactical stuff going on in the journey, and it felt like they're just passing by some places like it's a tour. That makes it unexciting, you know

I think that the hydra's fight will always be the most "amazing" because it's a party of humans against a monster which can use magic.
All the remaining fights are less spectacular and more story driven, only the last battle might come close to it but that's because a lot of people are fighting together. If directed well it might be really amazing.
Nothing though will ever top the gods killing each other in ODT, that is something else I MUST see on the big screen!

What I think the bigger thing is that it implies that either Badigadi in the Fighting God armor wasn't actually his final trump card, or that his "true final trump card" isn't going to be ready until after Rudeus is dead, so he might as well just wait until then.

I also think he just has a way to get Badigadi out at any time. Stones of Absorption can fuck up barriers and there are bunch of those out there now that Rudeus and co. took out the Hydra.

For me it really shines with the music and excellent (MT S1 tier) animation, and the dynamics of the triparty. But beyond that, there's not a lot to it. It's just not as captivating at MT is.
MT has an ensemble cast of interesting characters, each one totally unique. It's excellent characterization. I know I'm a shit writer because everyone I try to write sounds like me. Not so with MT.

They're mostly good. The only real complaints I have about them is that the guy who reads them doesn't seem to be a fan of the series (obviously, it's just a job for him) so he often reads the mistakes when anyone who is a fan would catch them. Like all the way in Redundancy Volume 2 he says "Sir Bardi" because that's what the shitty ass Seven Seas translation put. He also does voices for each character, and sometimes he accidentally does the wrong voice for the wrong character in a conversation and just keeps going. It's never enough to be a dealbreaker but it takes you out of it for a minute.

Like in Volume 7, during the dialogue between Rudeus and Sara before the first job where she's just constantly shutting him down, he reads all of Sara's lines in his Suzanne voice, because there's nothing in the text specifically saying who's talking at that point. And he also does this weird Christopher Walken voice for one of Ariel's retainers at the start of volume 17, but only once. Makes me laugh my ass off every fucking time I hear it.
