I'm up to chapter 79 of this manga and the fapping scenes are not very good additions to the story. Kazuya realizing his feelings for Chizuru while he was fapping wasn't relatable or cool. I see it as a natural consequence of how their relationship started and how Reiji can't just ignore it. Kazuya winning a rental girl's heart by showering her with money sends the wrong message. So they can't get together as long as she is a rental: easy, make her quit, Ruka quit to pursue Kazuya. Here's the problem she will not, she won't throw away her current life for someone she isn't certain about, hence she rejects him, even if she may have feelings for him. It's unfair to make him wait indefinitely, their feeling would change eventually or it would turn into something more toxic.
Kazuya not being able to take a no for an answer is bad in it's own right.

At some point she'll have to quit being a rental anyway, it's possible she'll never make it as an actress, she'll move to something else, will meet new people, fall in love with someone else and she wants the same for Kazuya.

The only way to get them together is through an outside force, which always is cheap and Reiji will probably want to avoid it like he avoided all of the sentimental moments before. It's an unwinnable scenario
