I'm not a trained writer. I'm mostly working off feels here and there. I have pointed out plot holes in the past like the music kirakira, but overall pointing them out is just pointless rehashing things when I could be enjoying an episode. Sometimes the plot holes wont be revealed until later, and overall I'm more interested in how the writers are working to (not) solve some moral/emotional issue in that particular; probably comes from watching so much Star Trek growing up.

If you go back through my reviews the Yukari episodes are where I tend to really start yapping about what she is up to, probably to your's or someone else's chagrin.
As for people that were really into Himari I've had to point out the reason Ichika didn't want to partner with her is because she had knowledge of cooking, but barely more than an ounce of experience compared to Ichika. Overall she's a very awkward girl, I tease she's autistic, but she can be brought out of her shell when she receives the right praise as seen with the cooking show with her sensei.
Aoi hasn't grown so much as she has largely worked to affect those around her when dealing with her buttler, the biggest growth was the concert episode where she was shaken with emotions she didn't know how to handle and needed a moment to step through them.
Akira also hasn't grown much as she seems to half the time end up being Yukari's care taker. Sadly she's more just a vehicle for LEL isn't just so MANLY!?!?! Which I have had fun with. I wish we could see her not spread herself so thinnly as she did with the school festival, and that just may be a little plot point.
