>The claim that "IC1 was in production for 3.5 years" is false. In fact, the 3.5 year duration referred to the rendering of the IC CG, which was the exact issue ufotable successfully solved, completely opposite to the claim that it took 3.5 years, which would mean they failed
How they actually solved it is in pamphlet:
>Short summary is that they expanded the amount of machines and remodeled the heavy 3D models to make them lighter (hence the redesign of the IC during SSV episode 1)
Action team:
>Kondo approached 4 of the best in-house KAs, and proposed they each lead an action scene team, as such they could make rough KAs in larger quanitity than usual, and for the 1st & 2nd KAs to have full understanding behind the the team leader's intent and vision
Unifiying the work:
>Due to the large amount of people involved, it's difficult to keep the movie cohesive, one of the solutions was to make reference material in CG for running scenes for each character, it's also mentioned that Miwa had a large contribution across the movie.
All ufo animators switched to digital:
>During RLD, half of the staff have switched to digital. For the IC tho, all have switched to digital, this allows for better communication, less mistakes and overall more efficiency.
>The pamphlet highlights Director Sotozaki's speed, alongside Chief Animation Director and Character Designer Akira Matsushima's outstanding management abilities. He has managed most of the workload on how own with only some support
Staff Comments:
>The work flow manager appealed to ufotable that their approach won't deliver on time, the production structure was changed multiple times, and ended up with the entirety of ufotable working on theis movie

>Faster than Mugen Train? Yes.
>Higher ATP due to IMAX/fan screening overload? Also yes.
>National holiday boost? Yep.
>Frontload from hype-surge and loyal fanbase? Absolutely.
No, this doesn't mean Infinity Castle has Mugen Train legs. In fact, everything STILL points to the opposite: massive frontloading and 2.4M admissions in 3 days? Great. But the pace of those sales is heavily Day 1-weighted, not organically spread. Mugen Train was also short, tight, standalone and ran in a COVID vacuum. This? A franchise midpoint, super long runtime, and a runtime that limits theater turnover.

Also, Mugen Train did not hit ¥5B in 3 days. It hit ¥4.6B. But it ran for an entire year, had unmatched legs, and became a multi-generational phenomenon in Japan. The general public, not just anime fans — went to see it again and again. That's how you get to ¥40B+. Infinity Castle is starting stronger in raw yen, but it's also:
>Relying more on premium formats and holiday spikes
>Frontloading all its demand
>Not built for the general crowd (or rewatch fatigue)
>Running in a bloodbath July/August with Hollywood and Japanese competition
So all of this is still on track for my predictions.

Rofl. You reallt don't know anything, don't you? No, of course you don't, because Demon Slayer fans are underage children. Infinity Castle did not get a huge Sunday bump. The Sunday numbers coming out now are solid, yes, but not explosive, and definitely not what would be required to put it on pace with Mugen Train in USD.

Saturday's box office was already saturated to the max. Packed IMAX/4DX, 18+ showings a day, national holiday boost, marathon events, they pulled every lever. That left very little room for growth on Sunday. And sure enough, Sunday showed only a marginal increase, some even argue it was flat or slightly down in key locations. No huge bump materialized. Why? Because they already cannibalized Sunday's demand by frontloading Saturday. That's how hyper-fan-driven releases behave: big launch, short tail.

In contrast, Mugen Train built momentum even after opening weekend. It gained on weekdays and snowballed across WOM, casual viewers, and general audience draw. This isn't that.
>Current tally (estimate as of Sunday night, it's currently 21 PM in Japan)
5.4B (~$34M USD) after three days. That's incredible but it’s also frontloaded as hell.
Mugen Train was at ¥4.6B by Day 3, but with pandemic limitations, fewer screens, and no IMAX inflation.

With the yen still around ¥157–l-160 per USD, Infinity Castle would need to clear ¥40.5B just to match Mugen Train's ~$370M in 2020. That's mathematically impossible unless it literally has Mugen Train-tier legs, which it won't, because:
>Competition begins next week (Kamen Rider, Fantastic Four, Jurassic World)
>Showtimes will get slashed
>Theaters hate long runtimes (155 minutes is death for turnover)
>Burnout is setting in; there are no signs of widespread WOM outside core fans
This thing is frontloaded. The legs aren't Mugen-tier and the conversion rate murders the global optics. It’ll still be successful, but nowhere near Mugen.

Zenitsu looks fine, the issue is that people's standards naturally grew high due all of his previous scenes in the series being greatly enhanced, making him look way more impressive than in the manga. It's a situation where adapting something 1:1 now betrays your expectations, especially after the very same movie goes on to glaze Giyuu like he is a demigod, seriously, they made Giyuu vs. Akaza look infinitely more impressive and almost equally matched than it ever was in the manga.

>You understand it's only gotten EVEN MORE admissions with each passing day, right?
Yes. And do you know what that also means? That Saturday and Sunday are compensating for a frontloaded Friday. You're pointing at normal weekend behavior as if it's defying the laws of physics. Of course admissions go up through the weekend, that's how movies work in every country not called North Korea. Your fanboy ass thinks three packed days during a national holiday frame proves infinite stamina. It's like watching someone drink five energy drinks and call it "endurance training."
>IF didn't either, it's way higher than that, it hit that number before 3 pm
Cool. And what does it mean?

It just means it frontloaded EVEN HARDER, rofl. You're bragging about cashing out early like that's a long-term investing strategy. The more money you make early from stacked screens, inflated prices, merch bundles, and a literal national holiday, the harder it is to sustain past Week 2 when:
>IMAX gets handed back to Jurassic World
>Theater slots get redistributed
>The rewatchers are all burned out
>Casuals shrug and move on
It's mathematical. You don't win box office wars in 72 hours. You win it in month three when people are still dragging their auntie to see it "just once."
>I don't know what to tell you, it's going to assrape its competition
Yes, because Superman, Jurassic World, Kamen Rider, Fantastic Four, and Kokuhou are all going to line up to bend over because some underage fanboy declared so. Let's see how long the multiplexes keep those 18 daily Demon Slayer showings once the Hollywood tentpoles start stomping in with leaner runtimes, broader demos, and zero fatigue. Even Yahoo Japan's articles are warning about it. Yet, your fan ass thinks movie theaters are a loyalty club. They're not. They're a business.

No. You're bragging that the demand is capped by supply, which is the exact definition of frontloading. If a movie hits the ceiling early, it means it's already peaking, not that it's got more to give. That's not a flex, that’s a warning sign for legs. All you've proven is the audience that would have been spread across a week got crammed into three days because they oversaturated theaters like it's their final battle. And that's what I said would happen.

So guess what? You're quoting me and proving my point at the same time. I called it getting frontloaded and choked by runtime and that’s exactly what's being reflected in the admission pace and venue distribution.

If this were a race, Infinity Castle just sprinted the first 100 meters in 8 seconds, then immediately hit a wall labeled "two more months of releases." And you're waving a flag like it already won the marathon. My predictions are still tracking and the only thing collapsing is your mental stability.

Not an argument.
>>280744916
This argument assumes the suicide was the only viable delivery method, which only works if:
>Douma can't be poisoned externally (false: he's organic and has a bloodstream)
>He’s immune to small doses (unproven),
>There’s no way to coat weapons with it (contradicted by Tamayo's own successful poison engineering)
>Shinobu couldn't modify the delivery vector (absurd for someone portrayed as a skilled pharmacologist)
If the poison can work in small doses over time (as the Muzan arc proves), then delivering cumulative doses through cuts, inhalants, or repeated injections is not just possible, it's smarter and safer. You don't need a human sacrifice, you need a delivery system and teamwork. You're asking a bad question based on a false binary:
>"Either she kills herself or he never gets poisoned."
Which ignores:
>Combat opportunities for small dose exposure (cumulative buildup is a real phenomenon)
>Weaponized delivery methods
>Tactical bait-and-switches with Kanao
Shinobu didn't need to train to be a martyr. She needed to think like a scientist and work with her squad like a tactician. But the author wanted a sad death, not a logical one so logic was sidelined for vibes.

It's just an extended version of the opening of the fight where Giyuu proves his strength as a "good" water Pillar to Akaza
You could say that isn't "matching" Akaza but then neither is the movie until the mark appears. Despite the amount of buildings they jump through Akaza is still clearly having fun with him just like he was in the manga
The general flow of the fight in the manga is
>opening rager
>Giyuu comes in and impresses Akaza while Tanjirou tries to find an opening with his help
>Akaza kicks Giyuu away and Tanjirou is put in survival mode
>Giyuu returns with the mark and actually gets Akaza to go all out
>Giyuu can't keep it up forever nor does he have an actual win con
>Tanjirou enters STW as Giyuu is on his last legs
>Akaza an heroes
All of that is well-represented in the movie IMO

I'm about to be honest with you all. I never wanted to breed with anyone more than I want to with Mitsuri. Yes, I'm serious. That perfect, slim body. Those completely and utterly gargantuan breasts bordering on being downright obese. A literal hippopotamus. The pantyshot potential of a literal goddess. It honestly fucking hurts knowing that I'll never mate with her, pass my genies through her, and have her birth a set of perfect offspring to which we can spend the rest of our happy lives taking excellent care of them. I'd do fucking ANYTHING for the chance to get Mitsuri pregnant. A N Y T H I N G. And the fact that I can't is quite honestly too much to fucking bear. Why would Croc, Wani, Gotouge, Miyazaki, and ufotable create something so astoundingly perfect? To fucking tantalize us? Fucking laugh in our faces?! Give us a good slap in the dick and call it a day? Honestly guys, and I'm dead serious here, I just fucking can't anymore.

The desire to mate, the need for breed, any way you put it, none of it has ever been felt this intense before in my entire life of watching anime and consuming fictional universes. I would do so many things to just her thighs alone, and that's only the start. I would give her a sloppy helicopter just because I can. I would pump her tight butt like it was nobody's business. I would even go as far as to drink her pee if she ever needs to go when there's no toilet around. God, Jesus, all the gods listening and Buddha, all I ask for is a chance to burst inside of her, beyond the limitation. And I'm talking Raging Boner Burst here. We would assimilate so well together that she would feel the very core of my being pulsating inside and out. There are no words that exist to describe my immense love for this specimen of perfection, Mitsuri Kanroji.

I finished watching this series recently and liked it so much that I read the manga to continue it. I think it's an unironic 9.5/10 series, with a few small critiques here or there. I think my biggest issue is the way stakes are handled for the most part. If I were to rewrite parts of the story, it would probably be something like:

Mugen Train: Rengoku dies like usual.

Red Light: Daki/Gyutaro fight goes the same but this time, Uzui and Inosuke both die. Uzui from his wounds, and Inosuke from being stabbed by Gyutaro. Daki/Gyutaro die like usual.

Village: Muichiro dies to Gyokko, and then Gyokko escapes and leaves Hantengu to fend off the rest. The only death vs Hantengu is Nezuko, where she is burned up by the sun. Hantengu dies like usual.

Fortress: Rengoku's father joins with Tanjiro and Giyuu to fight Akaza. Giyuu and Akaza die. Shinobu and Marked Zenitsu encounter Kaigaku, who would be more buffed up in this version to reflect the strength of an upper moon proper. Zenitsu is incapable of defeating him alone. All three of them die, Zenitsu and Kaigaku trade killing blows. Urokadaki shows up and finds Gyokko. After a near death 1v1 battle, Tanjiro and Rengoku's father show up, and the three of them take out Marked Gyokko. Kanao, Mitsuri, and Obanai fight Douma. Douma kills Kanao and Mitsuri, and Obanai lands the finishing blow on Douma. The fight with Koku is virtually the same as normal, except without Muichiro since Gyokko killed him in the previous arc. Obanai joins in, now enraged, and helps fight Koku. Koku and Genya die.

After: Tanjiro, Rengoku's Father, Urokadaki, Obanai, Himejima, and Sanemi battle Muzan. Rengoku's Father and Urokadaki perish, and Muzan laughs, but then is burnt by the sun light. Tanjiro becomes a demon like normal, and he kills Obanai. Himejima restrains Tanjiro while Sanemi lands a killing blow. Tanjiro is dead. Himejime dies shortly after from exhaustion and malfunction. Sanemi is the sole survivor.

>the movie did better in SUNDAY than Saturday than FRIDAY. how is that frontloaded?? its clear that WOM is great.
Because that pattern is exactly what happens during a holiday launch. Japanese box office historically builds into Sunday when you frontload screenings and ride off a multi-day national holiday. This is not legs, this is launch ramp. A movie isn't "not frontloaded" just because Day 3 > Day 2 > Day 1. It means the core audience stacked itself into opening weekend. That is textbook frontload.

Also:
>Limited theater count due to 155-minute runtime.
>Over 5,000+ daily screenings across formats.
>No breathing room for other films.
>Admission ceilings literally being hit.
That means everyone who could see it already did. There's no "growing momentum", there’s maxed-out demand crammed into a bottleneck.
>where is your data??
Where's YOUR data? All you're doing is yelling vague projections and emotional hypotheticals like:
>"If Conan and OP got 4-6x legs, KnY will match or surpass!!!"
Conan and OP both:
>Had shorter runtimes.
>Weren't split into 3-part adaptations.
>Faced less frontloaded saturation.
>And still took weeks to build momentum.
Meanwhile Infinity Castle:
>Already blasted 3.6B yen in 2 days.
>Saturated premium formats.
>Will start losing screens to Jurassic World, Kamen Rider, Fantastic Four
Your fantasy 4-6x multiplier puts the final gross at ¥14.4B-21.6B, which is literally my forecast range. So cngratulations, you just validated my WHOLE model while trying to "own" me.

It might hit ¥20B. And if it does, it'll be:
>With maxed-out marketing
>Oversaturated screens
>A split-adaptation boost
>And the most engineered rollout Ufotable has ever done
It won't touch Mugen Train's raw cultural domination or economic efficiency (¥40.4B in 2020 money = ~$370M USD, compared to ¥20B in 2025 = ~$125M USD). So even with that "W," it's a weaker global story.

And both of those are correct, no matter how many times you'tr chanting my quote like it's a Harry Potter spell.

Sunday being slightly higher or matching Saturday = exactly the kind of fan-surge inflation I've been forecasting. It's just milking the three-day opening rush, not unlocking some never-before-seen public wave of normie box office domination.

Saturday was juiced. IMAX, 4DX, every screen possible. Completely saturated. Sunday? Still saturated. But not a sign of extended legs, it's still part of the same event window. What happens on Tuesday-Thursday? What happens once Jurassic World hits? Exactly what I predicted: bloodbath.

You quoting me while ignoring my actual point is the most 4chan thing imaginable, so I'm hardly surprised reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, rofl. I said Saturday was turbo-charged: national holiday, frontloaded fanbase, oversaturated formats (IMAX, 4DX, etc.). If Sunday underperforms despite the infrastructure being in place, that implies the fan demand apexed early. Which = frontload. That's not even controversial. It's how most franchise-heavy anime films behave.

You're making up a strawman pretending I said:
>"If Sunday isn’t bigger, the movie flopped."
When that's not what I said. I explicitly stated that if Sunday was lower, which is normal, it means the opening high is frontloaded, not that the film is a disaster. You don't want to argue with what I actually wrote, so you're making up a retarded version and dunking on that instead. That's textbook cope.

Second, in Japan:
>Saturday is almost always stronger than Sunday.
>If Sunday doesn’t increase, it's normal.
>If Sunday DOES increase, it usually signals major word of mouth and multi-demo traction.
So either way:
>If Sunday dips = I'm right about fanburst frontload.

That's the part your underage ass keeps pretending I didn't say. I've never argued Infinity Castle was unsuccessful, only that it's not replicating Mugen Train's unicorn scenario, and that frontloaded momentum =/= dominance.

False. I predicted frontloading. It happened. Opening day was inflated by:
>A national holiday
>IMAX and premium formats
>Merch bundles
>Marathon showings
>Zero competition for 72 hours
Literally every Japanese box office outlet has now noted this. Hell, Yahoo Japan reported that the film is already facing screening cuts from Week 2 onward.
That's not a "btfo," that's me being right.
>say Sunday will do worse than Saturday
And even if Sunday did go up slightly (which is normal for mega-openers in Japan during holidays), it doesn’t erase:
>The overall frontloaded pattern
>The ticket saturation
>And the fact that Day 3 didn't double Day 1 the way Mugen Train's legs did
You're clinging to 72-hour performance like it's gospel. Box office doesn't crown kings off weekends. It crowns them by Week 3.
>>280746546

Nope. I gave a projected ceiling: ¥15-20B domestic, $180-200M global. That's not a goalpost, that's standard forecasting, that you underage brats don't understand. No serious analyst locks themselves into single-number guarantees. You're just mad that:

Cry more, bitch. All you've been doing is flinging recycled accusations that fall apart under even the lightest scrutiny like Muzan flinging his tentacles in his ass final battle. I don't even need to "win" the box office war anymore. You're giving me the win just by how hard you're coping.

I was right about the frontload. I was right about the legs being the real test. I was right about the inflated yen diminishing global impact. And the more time passes, the more my realism is matching reality while your hopium crashes into the box office ceiling.

But when you've already maxed out every format, every time slot, and you're saying it can't go higher... Congrats, you hit your upper limit on Day 3. You're bragging about Infinity Castle not having room to grow. That's not dominance, that's plateauing at record speed.

Manga moments in KnY receive maximum care.
For MHA, filler villains have much better fighting scenes than canon villains. The toy box analogy is perfect, BONES has more fun using Deku and Bakugo as tools to write fanfiction, instead of giving their best on the original story.

Nakano also stated that currently is harder for a manga series running in the magazine to become a hit, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba despite having started in February 2016, did not became a major hit until late 2019, adding that its "success hinged on word of mouth generated after the anime's run".

You don't live in Japan, rofl.
>Jurassic World
$75M in Japan. Monster hit, including legs in summer. That's more than any MCU movie has ever done there. Hell, more than The Force Awakens in Japan.
>Fallen Kingdom
$72M. Basically identical.
>Dominion
$46M despite franchise fatigue and pandemic-era hesitance.

Rebirth has right now grossed $648M worldwide. It's tracking to break $700M next weekend and then $800M too and that's without counting Japan. And you're telling me that a legacy franchise with a proven audience in Japan, dropping weeks into Infinity Castle's run, won't steal showtimes and general audience share? You've got better odds arguing Ghibli doesn’t matter.

These films absolutely matter to the Japanese box office. Anyone living "20 years" in Japan should know that. Even Yahoo Japan articles says Jurassic World will be a threat to Demon Slayer. You're just mad you're losing the narrative.
>>280749006
Superman is in its second week in Japan with limited rollout and a culturally non-dominant IP. And despite that? It charted Top 3, with great per-screen averages and raked in $2.5M. Kokuhou (which is also playing on 277 theaters and has a culty audience) is heavily legging, that's normal for mid-sized Japanese hits. But it's not some "death blow" proof. Now add the fact that Superman is cleaning house globally:
>$400M+ in under 3 weeks.
>$235M DOM and $171M Int'l.
That's already more than Mugen Train ever made in a whole year, rofl. And it's on track to pass $500M.

This is just delusional cope wrapped in selective memory. Mugen Train opened during Covid and theaters weren't even at full capacity. Its three-day total was ¥4.6B on non-premium screens, no IMAX blitz, no national holiday, and no advance ticketing stampede. Infinity Castle hit ¥3.6B in two days, with maxed-out premium formats, a holiday-enhanced Friday, and more showings per theater.

That's not even an apples-to-apples comparison. That's putting a firecracker next to a nuke and pretending they're both fireworks.

Also, inflation. ¥4.6B in 2020 > ¥5.5B in 2025. In real currency-adjusted value, Mugen Train is STILL ahead. So cope more.

This report is not about box office data, but it indirectly confirms the super popularity of Demon Slayer.
According to the announcement issued by AEON Nagoya Chaya on July 20,
Demon Slayer attracted a large number of customers due to its popularity. On July 20, because the production of popcorn could not keep up with the demand and the inventory was difficult to guarantee, it was decided to temporarily stop the sale of popcorn. In addition, the number of customers increased sharply, and the "ice-making" function of the ice machine could not meet the demand, so the supply of ice cubes for drinks was suspended.

You have no idea what culty means, rofl. Calling Kokuhou "culty" efers to its target audience and box office behavior, not whether it was adapted from a Tumblr blog. It's a prestige, arthouse-style release: slow-burning, with strong weekday holdovers, not frontloaded. It's the exact kind of movie Japanese cinephiles rally behind as counterprogramming to anime dominance, especially during bloated anime event releases like Infinity Castle. So no, it's not for normie masses. It's doing ~¥300-500M weekly because ADULTS are watching it, repeatedly, across premium late-night and indie theaters. If that's not culty, neither is Drive My Car.
>>280753163
Lmao. This is a red herring wrapped in cope. My argument was about box office dominance and legs, not ROI. But I'd humor you still. Yes, Mugen Train had massive ROI. Because it was produced like a mid-tier TV episode, not a Hollywood tentpole. Superman has a higher budget because it’s a Hollywood blockbuster with global distribution and expensive CG, sets, actors, etc.

It's already made $400M+ in 2 weeks. It'll break even at minimum and become profitable on VOD, merch, HBO Max streaming, and physical sales. Demon Slayer doesn't play that game.
ROI =/= cultural dominance
ROI =/= longevity or cinematic legacy
ROI is something investors care about, not underage fans pretending it makes their movie more globally relevant.

Check.
>MX4D, Dolby Cinema, ScreenX
Also check, and theater listings confirm this.
>Marathon showings and fan events across multiple cities
Confirmed. Especially on opening day with 18-40 daily showings in select venues.

This was a maximum blast strategy: cram every fan into every premium seat possible, then squeeze more value out of Day 1 headlines. It's the anime movie equivalent of a Fortnite launch. As for "more seats", some theaters had fewer seats per room, yes. But Demon Slayer still took up more total screen real estate nationwide than Mugen Train ever did in its first 48 hours. The data's out there if you want to stop larping and go look.
>>280754011
Yes, currency valuation refers to exchange rates, and inflation is price level increase. BUT, in the context of box office conversion and global reporting, a weaker yen erodes dollar value of Japan’s earnings. That's the only relevant point here. I never said "Japan has runaway inflation." What was said is that the yen's nosedive makes ¥20B today worth ~$125M, not the ~$185M it was worth in 2020. That's not "goalpost shifting," that’s basic forex reality. Your dumbass is arguing semantics because you can't argue economics.
>>280754118
Delusion boiled down to its purest essence. It's a successful, highly popular franchise. Never said otherwise. But "dominating Japan" five years later? That's projection. What's actually happening:
>TV ratings dropped
>Manga sales fell off a cliff post-finale
>Merch shifted to residual/legacy status
>Movie performance relies on frontloaded fans + format gimmicks
>Every arc now has diminishing overseas returns
And you don't stretch the endgame across three movies unless you're afraid one single movie won’t carry on its own. This is not "still peaking." This is milking the last cow on the farm. Rofl.

Cool. Want a sticker? This was a box office conversation, and you're shifting to consumer products because you're losing that angle. Yes, Demon Slayer slays in Japan. And? Superman's profitability doesn't hinge on plushies and capsule machines, it hinges on:
>Streaming rights
>Global syndication
>Licensing deals
>HBO/Max rollout
>Evergreen VOD/physical
Plus it has actual international pull, which Demon Slayer still struggles with outside of niche anime markets.
>kimetsu will uniroincally be more profitable than superman
Kimetsu’s profitability is a fraction of what it used to be. If it was printing money, they wouldn’t be dragging out the final arc over three theatrical releases like it’s the last bag of rice in a famine. Ufotable’s ROI gameplan is padding runtime to milk IMAX and merch bundles. That's not domination, that's monetization gymnastics.

>KNY already DOMINANCE than anything in japan.
First off, grammar has left the building. Second, no, not anymore. Demon Slayer was an unmatched cultural earthquake in 2020-2021. No one's disputing that. But this "DOMINANCE" chant in 2025 is delusional. What it's doing now is riding momentum, not recreating a takeover. That's like saying the iPhone 6 still dominates just because people still use iPhones. Lmao.
>it have number 1 movie of all time
Yup, IN JAPAN. But that title comes with a fat asterisk:
>Covid-era vacuum
>Zero competition
>Mass closures worldwide
>Repeat viewers out of pure boredom
>Weak yen inflating domestic box office in yen terms (but devaluing global relevance)
It's the GOAT in a petri dish. No repeatable model there.
>it had biggest manga sales in 1 year record (82 millions, vs 35 millions 2nd place OP)
Yep. 82 million copies in a single year is wild. Never said that wasn't a historic achievement. But it was a flash flood. Post-finale, the volume sales tanked because it ended unlike long-runners like One Piece that sell steadily for 20+ years. So Demon Slayer sold everything in a 2-year sprint while One Piece is selling for 3 decades and counting marathon. Context matters.
>it had the biggest average manga sales ever
Also true, but again: average doesn’t mean sustained impact. A 23-volume completed series will obviously have high averages if it sold like wildfire for 18 months. That doesn't mean it's dominant now, it means it exploded once and is now coasting.
>5 years and they still dominating the industry
Nope. It dominated for two years: 2020 to 2022. It's been a top-tier title, but not "dominant."
>add for another 4 years (trilogy).
Lmao. Yeah, and if it doesn't hold legs or general interest wanes even more, you'll be "DOMINATING" the back half of the box office charts in 2026.
