The episode airing at Augusth 10th should adapt chapter 1105. Elbaf starts i chapter 1126 (Nami waking up in Legoland as a cliffhanger). So that gives us 21 chapters beforehand, lately we've been adapting one chapter per episode sharp. Additionally, we're getting 1 recap per 6 regular episodes on average (I imagine Caribo, Clover, and Giant Warriors Pirates are getting them), so that would give us 24-25 episodes with the new opening before the Egghead even ends which would make it short but not super short.
