There's temporal issues in the lineart that give away the filter I feel like a lot. You can see the filter try to reference stuff that would have been the same cel in cel animation and it changes for no reason frame over frame. There's stuff that would have been different cels in cel animation that has for some reason has the same sort of effect.
Temporal issues are a pretty strong give away for AI.
