What is the source of these rumors? What reason do I or anybody have to think it's not just you making shit up? What you have here is speculation based on extrapolating from some tweets, mostly with some pretty insanely illogical leaps. I asked for proof, not speculation.

Are you talking about a different tweet? Because the one you posted supports the opposite of what you're trying to say, lol. If he's being paid by the authors to do something then the "costs" are already at least partially recouped. Being unable to recoup losses implies there's some cost on his part, so surely it's him who's paying the authors for the license.
All you're doing right now is demonstrating how poor a foundation this accusation rests on. I've come away from this even less convinced then I started.
