I dunno, just feels weird how Okarun's got like, nothing going on. He's just "got a good set" and we're supposed to accept that he's just trained up well enough to shoulder everything he's been through. People tend to hate the "chosen one" twist stuff, but it's done for a reason since it narratively explains why someone so average could be able to handle such huge things.
Pair that with the fact we hadn't gotten any word about his parents, and it's reasonable for people to have gotten crazy with theorizing what Okarun's backstory could be beyond just "normal, lonely kid".
I still think Momo's too suspicious though. She's 100% going to be some chosen one bullshit. Seiko is clearly constantly lying about how much shit she knows, and we haven't seen ANYTHING about Momo's parents outside of "they died when I was little". Her being some alien experiment or something like that and Seiko taking her in and raising her to try and have a normal life makes way too much sense here.
