Now what makes most sense for x, "Please, let me do what I'm about to do" (what it actually says), or "Please, I'm begging you. Forgive me for what I'm about to do"? Sendai ultimately pushing the decision onto Miyagi (like she usually does) makes no sense if she starts out by essentially saying "This is happening. Now you can chose whether you like it or not".

Call me a schizo, an autist, or any other mental illness in your dictionary, but to me, yuri is in a forever ideological or religious war on the economic front. For the longest time, yuri has been under sieged from the outsiders who want to seek to change the genre from within, the ultra purists who swear destruction if the yuri they consume deviates from their fundamentalist view, and of course, the anti yuri degenerates who dream of our extermination at every turn. I want the genre to grow big, grow invincible and achieve the final victory.
That's why I see every purchase of yuri as proactive decisions in this struggle. I obsess over sale number, demographic of the readers and the authors, the retention rate of them. I try my hardest to support yuri with my wagecuck salary.
But I never feel like I've been doing enough. Import is expensive, licensed releases barely contribute much to sale in the long run. Even the number I'm so obsessed over is quite often lacking and unreliable, and I have to rely on my own intuition and bias to come up with my personal conclusion.
Don't get me wrong, yuri has grown a lot since I first got in, but it's never enough for me... I think /u/ has radicalized me beyond belief during covid...

Shuukura starts like the very best parts of AdaShima but with maximum sexual tension and foot play. This is one of the odd things about ZenKowa to me. Volumes 2, 4, and a chunk of 5 all kept the leads apart. Kokoro and even arguably Kudou at this point are more developed characters than Naoi. I could forgive that at first, since if Kuwabara initially assumed the series was only getting 3 volumes, it made sense to keep the focus on Kurumi. However, once volume 3 hit and it was made clear the manga was continuing, Naoi should've been given way more panel time than she's gotten.

Also, I wonder if Kuwabara is really going to let Kurumi and Kokoro's friendship last. Because it seems like up through chapter 10 was meant to be able to shift into the 3 volume plan, or the manga extended plan. But that means the 3 volume plan was meant to end with Kokoro and Kurumi not being friends anymore. And even now that the manga is on the extended plan, Kurumi and Naoi just joining Kokoro's new clique deviates away from the original premise of the series, of Kurumi and Naoi only truly having each other. You didn't understand my point. I don't ascribe to death of the author, I'm merely pointing out that what someone considers evidence as yuri is subjective to some extent. My position is merely that:

And the logic is simple enough.
