I'm not sure Haruyo will be that hurt simply because she won't realize what a betrayal it is yet. The problem isn't so much Kasumi twisting Haruyo's words to search out Onee-sama^2, it's that she tried to give Haruyo away. Kasumi's warped attempt at considering Haruyo's feelings utterly disregarded them. And if she could tell that, I don't think Paruyo would know how to react. She'd ironically be hit with the same thought she's the only one feeling something serious here. But I don't see how that could come to light just yet.
I'm curious how Sayori's flashback ends. This was built up to as heavy end of volume drama but then flipped expectations around. The normal fear would be Sayori intruding on or breaking the relationship, but instead she respects it. The next cliche would be her denying it's love, but there haven't been hints of that either. And that's what Kasumi wants to hear anyway. Someone to deny rather than support. So the real drama might be Sayori validating them and possibly encouraging Kasumi and Haruyo make their relationship romantic. Though her story hasn't gone far in that direction.

The others were all pretty similar. Variations of like, love, adore, fond.
I kind of touched on it after chapter 6 but this is where that "lens" of the translator always comes to mind. You always get a slightly distorted image. But the interpretive nature of language makes it fun seeing what layers of meaning others choose to enhance and diminish, since nothing translates 1:1. I used to avoid letting the translator feel "present" running from axe after axe sorta makes you stop giving a fuck but now opening up those interpretations feels better.
Cause yeah, honestly, "like" is still perfect. Soft yet heavy. Common yet special. Just the context of the RP supercedes it to me. "Care" is a little reminiscent of that.
