Not relevant in 2D: in some case pockets do look silly, but in many other cases (including this) they look great. Way better than the single pocket ("tight" in this picture), and generally at it's best when somewhere in between.
I think the reasons are obvious here.

Tent on the other hand while being realistic is also good, because it emphasizes the aura of boob power: you can see the shape enough that you get a very clear idea of the massive size AND of the breast to waist ratio (which you don't get in "loose"), which rules out hidden obesity and at the same time emphasizes the curves just enough to make you easily grasp the overall shape and make you year for more. With loose instead you loose the continuity of the curve on the bottom side.
Also, in tent the boobs give off a powerful impression of weight, since they look relatively more free than the first teo options: you can easily imagine those massive boulders moving around as she moves around and changes sides in bed.
You might argue the same with loose, but again making them too free means that you don't get to fully imagine the heft of the meatbag dragging along parts of the fabric, altering if slightly the shape with folds and such, making you easily follow the breasts precisely with your imagination.
I guess "loose" has the only advantage of showing the tummy IF the shirt is short enough, but it's still disappointing how the hanging part of the shirt is not doing any work of highlighting curves.
Unless (!) it's short enough to show underboob, which while appreciable is way less tasteful as regular clothing, might as well have a top instead (ONLY case in which single pocket works as well if not even better than double, by the way).
