Yeah definitely a mega simp. Can't argue with you there. I will say that despite that dynamic I enjoyed the anime and the tertiary characters were pretty good. I especially liked Roswaal and Anastasia (with her sexy Kansai accent). The payoff from the suffering when the crew gets some rare moments of peace was really satisfying.

The problem is that if you watch it, you fall in love with Rem and then get emotionally wounded. Then, YOU become the simp. It's fucked up man.
