X obviously has some kind of goal, but I don't think it's going to be an evil goal or anything.

Does skill or training even factor in to a fight in this series? With the way trust and fear values work it's hard to tell. We have scenes of heroes pumping iron and Lin Ling was said to train in Nice's new ballet fighting style though it was offscreened. But then you see Yang Cheng going from a fucking NERD in a sesame street costume to a big dick murderer and it all through value system alone. Like when he went from 0 to 1.

he started out with only a bit of a spark and some lightning speed, but ended up improving enough with training and gear to challenge him at the end of his first arc
