Amazon Apocalypse and paladin of the sigil are both really good harems. Marvin Knight just makes good shit, although he only has like 3 series. Anything by Bruce Sentar is also good, but he has a ton of stuff. Dragon Justice specifically is a favorite of mine but dungeon diving is his newest and probably most popular series.

There's Ni no Kuni 2 where the protagonists is isekai'd from Earth and there is a kingdom building minigame, but the style is more Ghibli than shameless power fantasy.
