Basically any other proxy in the guide should be fine. If you care enough to look around you can usually find a few that have good first time purchase discounts for new accounts.
In regards to trading cards, it's a lot better to find an actual physical store that does online sales. Pokemon and Weiss Schwarz have too many bootlegs floating around on Mercari and if you ever buy a sealed box you can expect all the hits to be taken out and replaced with junk packs. I've used cardon.jp a few times for a different TCG with a forwarder and haven't had any issues so a proxy should be able to buy from them too.

'Duty free' was either under declare and have taxes baked in to the shipping or triangle shipping which was more expensive than just paying duties because you're paying for shipping twice. Carriers like cainiao and yunexpress include taxes in your shipment but you can't declare more than 55 for yunexpress and cainiao takes a 65% deposit on whatever you declare.
