I do wonder whether Nagato has a harder or easier time learning a language. Communication and insufficiency of words seem to be something she consistently brings up as a frustration. This could be because of the DITE's ability to communicate concepts directly as opposed to using words, or because she was created with limited social function. Either way, language in the way us humans have constructed it seem particularly foreign to her.
I think its both, there are quite a few moments throughout the series where it is very clear how she would like to beam her thoughts into someones head as a form of communication, not to mention the topic of her presentation to the first years in Dissociation, but it is also made abundantly clear that her lack of social skills make it more difficult for her to speak to people in a normal fashion, and specifically brings up Asakura as a point of comparison as someone who does not have this issue.

I mean even if that were true, we now have Intuition which is long after she has decided to be the one in charge of her own destiny, and she is acting towards T in the exact same way she was towards the computer science club president regarding the exact same topic of visiting another club.
