If it's the main draw of the show and the victim is a woman then it's an instant drop. Like in Goblin Slayer. My interest in Dandandan evaporated as soon as I heard it existed because of this too. If you need rape in your show to attract an audience odds are you're not a good writer anyways so my interest in the show instantly plummets.
If it just organically happens later down the line I don't mind though. I mind even less if the rape happens to a man. It must not reach Zankokku or Berserk levels though. I read those once already and I want to be done with that.

I'm indifferent unless it's overplayed or made the main turning point for a character's motivation, but I don't really dwell too much on it.
I didn't mind all the rape in Berserk but some of the rape scenes in Eden: it's and Endless World felt hammered in and unnecessary to me. It's a case-to-case basis for me, really.
