The manga's art is better with some shots and the way they draw bodies is peak. It also has more fanservice, so if you can tolerate the anime id recommend reading it too. Although as the manga goes on it focuses on some panda girl a bit too much and not as much of the main Misha and Maid duo.

Yeah, the anime added a towel here, they not only censored the loli fanservice but also the hags, the only positive for the anime IMO is that they removed all the drama to focus more in the comedy adding a lot of anime original scenes and even a couple of episodes just so they can have more wacky antics, the dying maid even has her illness only played for laughs in the anime which I prefer
