That's what I've been doing. I know you can email tenso and ask for an extension I've done it for an extra 30 days (90days total) is like 500 yen. but I'm not sure what else to do either. How does surugaya usually handle it when a package wasn't delivered or returned? My package hasn't moved since March and the USPS missing mail search request expired and CBP is saying that USPS has it since the last USPS tracking update isn't "Inbound into customs" or "Held by customs" and to contact them despite letting them know I already did that. (And the Japan Post/EMS tracking does have a last update saying it's been held by customs a day later than the last USPS update but CBP refuses to acknowledge that.)

It's total value is less than $100 so it's not a huge loss but it's annoying, especially now that I'll have to pay tariffs if I reorder anything that was in it. (Although most of the items are out of stock too and there's only like one or two books from the order I might want to reorder in the future.)
