Wasn't the bat cave in the beginning absolutely full of already fermented poop? I fully attribute this to the manga being a collaboration between a professional artist and a writer, which I am absolutely fucking baffled doesn't happen more in the industry. Art is such a fucking laborious task, it takes away so much time from a writer.

The pacing always felt sharp, generally there was enough detail to fill in plot holes, the manga very seldom took breaks, all while having incredible art. Not how it happened in the manga. At least not at first. Chelsea and Luna were clearly in front of fort Senku when they got petrified, the bridge thing that's in front of fort Senku was clearly visible in the background. Which makes no sense whatsoever, which is probably why they changed it later.

Last week I was wondering about the timeline of the final battle and how come Luna and Chelsea were on some ledge thing all of a sudden and they got petrified first, so I skim-read this entire arc. Turns out it makes even less sense than in the anime, even though the manga skipped the shot that makes it look like Xeno and his men were way far from the fort.

So you could set up a mechanism that has 12 containers of revival fluid and drops one per month for a year. Or even better, use a gear system that makes each drop come at an increased delay from the last. So first container drops after a day, second after a week, third after a month, etc. The longest delay could be a year so you can drop one each year and hopefully after a couple years the bursts stop.
