I can't really think of any other good examples at this moment. Although if games are included, I suppose that the way Nia looks in Xenoblade 3 sort of falls into that. It is unclear how much she has actually grown since 2 (where she is definitely loli) due to an art style change. It would be way out of the story and unattached but it'd almost be interesting if Nisio made a story about how the first Monogatari vampire formed whether it was her or not. Did the first come out of thin air due to belief or was it manifested onto a particular person? Could it maybe have happened when someone did something rather grotesque, the act making them the candidate to transform? There are so many possibilities. It could even tie back into the main story if Nisio thought up some new bit related to them which could have big implications for Araragi.
