Yeah, getting sunlight or other lights to reflect perfectly off glasses like that is a stupid hard challenge because you don't know where the beam actually is. At best you can fake it with LED setups like some cosplayers do.

If you are referring to pushing them up, people with glasses do that ALL the time. Heck I still half to adjust my sunglasses from time to time.

If you have the wrong shaped nose and don't wear those ugly wire frame glasses with the plastic nose pads you have to adjust that shit dozens of times a day because it slides right down the moment you dip your head.
