in-game they're on opposite ends of the spectrum for aptitude. Fuji Kiseki is optimized for mile running and can stretch to 2000 meter Medium races, Tachyon is a Medium and Long distance runner who struggles with Miles (D) and simply can't sprint (G), Tachyon is a stamina queen built for longer distances with her unique while kiseki is a speedy short distance runner.
The most fair matchup would be a head to head on a 2000 meter track, which both have raced on and taken 1st, I think one of Tachyon's speed records went unchallenged until just a year or two ago so she might be faster on mediums if we're talking irl. In-game Kiseki can get a lot faster since her unique boosts speed and her event skills/potentials have a lot of good mile speed boosts.
They're both huge "what could have been?" horses with the same records of undefeated victories before being injured and retiring to stud. of course in career mode the power of trainer cock allows them to outlast their irl records and go on to be legends
