All of these girls (unless I'm mistaken on one or two of them) are 15 based on where their birthdays fall in relation to the beginning of the school year because of endless spring shenanigans. Never trust the wiki with regards to character ages. It listed Chiyo as being 13, while citing a chapter that explicitly states that she's 12, until recently.

The only high school aged characters who should have had a birthday pass are Kusuri (this tracks with her being 18) and Rentaro, because pretty much the only dated event thus far is Mother's Day, and both of they birthdays fall before that.

On the same token, Kishika is a year older than she should be (18 as a 3rd year even though her birthday hasn't passed, but you was almost certainly so they could say "She's 18, so it's fine for her to be breastfed here.") and also inadvertantly older then Saki who's only 18 as a repeat 3rd year because she turned 18 literally a second before the start of the school year. Which actually fucks up the joke about Saki's age if you've read this manga as autistically as I apparently have.

I think the problem is in that Bokuben didn't build up to it being an "everyone gets an ending" ending.
It comes across as trying to avoid making anyone mad, while also not just making it into an actual harem in the end (Which of course, wouldn't have been built up to either)

With every new thread, there’s way more pointless shit-slinging and braindead spam that barely resembles discussion or people actually enjoying the series. Same anon here. I actually learned that lesson before BokuBen concluded, and never bothered with the threads at the time. Which meant that when I eventually binge read the manga a couple of years ago I was floored by the fact that it had multiple endings. I was literally one page away from the end of the Uruka route feeling absolutely befuddled by the fact that this obviously-completed ending somehow had 37 chapters left. Turning the page (okay, well, I scrolled down) to read "Route 1/5" remains one of my greatest experiences in manga.
