It takes place just a year after the show, so it's not like they've gotten super far in life. Hime, Megumi and Yuuko are finishing up middle school. Iona started an exchange program in New York to follow in her sister's footsteps, but realized that she wants to walk her own path so she moved to Paris instead.
Hime is taking her studies seriously so she can become a worthy queen one day. My Japanese isn't that good so I wasn't able to figure out if Hime is the student council vice president or just the clothing president (it's a pun), but she's organizing a fashion show at school and seems generally proud of her role. Namakeruda now runs some kind of clothing store and is helping out with the event.
Megumi still isn't sure what she wants to be in the future and it's giving her some angst. Everyone else "knows" that she is dating Seiji, but she herself doesn't think of it as dating.
I am personally quite intrigued by Iona going to Paris and what it's supposed to convey. I guess she's not going to be as career focused as her sister, since she moved to the city of love? Not that's permanent or anything, she intends to move back to pikarigaoka. It's through Iona that we know that Yuuko's streams are popular in France.
