Obviously Goku is not insult-heavy, although he does trash-talk during a fight when he feels he's on top.
In my opinion, along with humilliating him in combat, this was the most insulting thing Goku ever said and did. He disregards Freeza completely after making him tremble in fear. I also think that it's subtle, but when Freeza attacks him again and Goku calls his attacks desperate and pathetic and tells him to learn some moves, he's alluding to the fact that Freeza never had to put in any effort since no one could oppose him. He's no martial arts expert and can't even sense ki. He rarely even fought. Things that Goku exploited while being infinitely weaker. Now that someone was in the same realm as him strenght-wise, he was easily outclassed, toyed with. I've never seen Goku being so condescending before. Even against Moro he was sort-of offering advice. Here he completely berates Freeza, shaking the very foundation of his standing. Not even the prospect of fighting someone as strong as him again made him excited. He was driven by hate here.

His characters always had strikingly contrasting body shapes. He was only a midget to contrast Nappa because Toriyama wasn't going to have an arc's villains be just a pair of average-sized muscular guys.

Last is Multiverse. Multiverse has committed too many sins over the years. It's bad, and at times it doesn't seem even like the writers know the appeals of Dragon Ball. You can say it isn't "canon", but what is anymore on this franchise? Super's manga and anime had way too many differences to be the same continuity, the manga skip some movie events but then tells you to watch the movies implying the anime is somehow the same continuity despite having various totally different events, then it adapts the Super Hero movie, but ignores the others aside from some mentions, the anime has 2 different versions of the same arcs, Daima shits all over Super's continuity and so on, Toriyama also barely did shit for Super aside from the movies, so the manga is mostly Toyotaro fanfiction, by the logic of "Anything Toriyama did is canon" then Daima would be more canon than Super since he was more involved with those, Hell...the fucking 90s Dr.Slump anime would be more canon since Toriyama did all the character designs for that show and wrote multiple episodes (and you have both Kid Goku and Adult Goku showing up in that show, plus Buu and General Blue)
