Megumi only really lost fights in season 1. Season 2, he more or less managed to hold out on his own against literal special grades. Haruta wasn't even a fight as it's just a sneak attack and Megumi already was too tired from fighting three opponents back to back including just managing to hold out fucking Toji solo

And he was doing pretty damn good in Perfect Preparation and CG. It's what made his character post possession hurts even more because he was definitely stepping up away from his bum mindset.
