If we have another Volume (99% chance) then one of them will probably die.
If they survive until the end of Part 2 but we're getting Part 3, unless Part 3 is of an alt reality or timeline or 50 years in the future or follows a whole new MC then one of them dies in Part 3.

Reminder all the girls Denji met represent for all kinds of love a man gets in their lifetime.

1. Love is blind, story and comedy are really great
2.1 A Couple Clucking Chickens, story is decent, animation carieeeeed
2.2 Nayuta of the Prophecy, nayuta is cute, imouto protector, the quality is not so great
2.3 Mermaid, very cute, good quality, appreciated that there is no twist unlike most of these
2.4. Sasaki stopped a bullet, entertaining voice acting and weird-funny situations
2.5. Shikaku, cute main girl, interesting premise, although good that it doesn't overstay its presence
3. Woke up as a girl, story is ok-meh, great production and direction
None were bad. The worst is still great in some aspects.
