I was on this for a slight while, for several weeks. If you prefer prompt adherence, Illustrious models have been effective for me. Also knowing the basics of danbooru tags, prompts - i.e. bondage, shibari, bound wrists, arms behind back, arms up, and you could try and see how your first gen/base gen turns out. For rarer bondage positions, you might need to find loras. The typical positions that you can prompt immediately seems like arms behind back, that gives usually a boxtie. Also from my experience, the ropes tend to change and add up when you gen several times with the same seed.
But if your goal is visuals as well as realism, I'm unable to advise much, but like yes you can try the models mentioned by the earlier anons, img2img using a realistic model after getting a decent base gen perhaps.

Strangely there were 90s cartoons of a girl character constantly captured and always a damsel in distress/DID. That piqued my interest but couldn't understand it when younger.
