>been constantly depressed, unable to sleep, and chronically ill since my early teens, am 30 now
>no amount of therapy, exercise, or medication has done anything
>I put on a lot of weight when I first became depressed, but I lost all of it. I'm skinny as fuck now but feel no better than I did when I was fat

Is there anything that will actually let me live a normal life? I'm tired of not being able to sleep and being exhausted all the time

A German walks into a bar and orders a beer. The bartender says to him:
— 100 euros.
The German is in shock:
— 100 euros? Yesterday it was only 10!
— Well, and today it's 100.
— But why 100, damn it?!
— I'll explain now. 10 euros is beer. Another 10 — to help Ukraine. 20 — assistance to European countries that have imposed sanctions and are not EU members. Another 10 — to help the UK for the successful implementation of sanctions against Russia. Another 10 are sent to the Balkan countries as help to buy furnace coal. Well, the remaining 40 euros — for a gas subsidy for the EU and a fund to help maintain sanctions.

The German silently took out a hundred-euro bill and handed it to the bartender. The bartender took the money, put it in the cash register, but returned him 10 euros.
The German is at a loss:
— Wait, you said 100 — I gave you 100. Why are you giving me back 10 euros?
— There is no beer.
