2. Take care of your hair. Style it or at least put it in a pony tail. Wearing it down like that hides your face and makes you look not confident.
3. Make up. Some foundation, lip gloss, and some light eye liner.
4. Lose some weight. You’re not obese, but less weight and more muscle tone is always better

Do you have some kind of hormonal imbalance? Correct that, go the the doctor and get tested. It's obvious you are a female from your face, facial expression, and how you are holding the camera, but then your body is like that of an obese neckbeard.
Go on a paleo diet. Eat meat and vegetables. eat low carb, doesn't have to be keto, but keep the carbs low. Don't each toxic hormone imbalancing crap like dairy and wheat.
Get a real haircut, your hair is like that of a dirty hippy from the 70's. Get something shoulder or chin length with layers and highlights.
Lose weight and wear female clothes and you can be very attractive.
