PLEASE FUCKING HELP. I'm 23 years old and wrapping up this school year. Im struggling with motivation to do ANYTHING THAT DOESNT INVOLVE ME POSSIBLY GETTING SEX OR GOING TO THE GYM. If I go to class, I cannot focus and my mind wonders off. ALL I WANT IS SEXSEXSEXSEXSEXSEX AND I CANT GET IT SO I KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT. I know I probably have ADHD and dopamine addiction and I probably should get on Adderall but what are some other tips to cope with this issue
