Get off the internet and do something completely different with your life in an attempt to rewire your brain. Your current habits have turned it into mush.
Do you have family that owns a farm or something? See if you can go live with them for a while, don't use the internet, be in nature, get a simple job. Slow your life down. The current way you are living is too much for your simple brain to handle.
