So i finally could see thre truth over on /pol/ and am very redpilled now.

However i cant fucking keep it to myself, i am constantly going on antisemitic rants around my family and im even arguing with my friends and maybe denying the thing that definately happened and if you deny it you go to jail to a friend in a bar a few weeks back.

What do i do about this?
How do i stop being deranged? I always get even crazier when they wont believe it and in order to tell them this extremely importsnt truth i try hardwr and harder to tell them but they just wont listen and it is putting a heavy strain on my relationships.
