Is swimming for 2 hours a week enough exercise? I hate all forms of exercise expect swimming, and I only have time to do that on weekends.

It's enough to begin. Ideally, you should do it everyday.

I've done that once every sunday, it's enough to get some endurance. I could barely do 500 meters the first time and after 2 months I could easily do 1.5 km

Just lift dumbells (get an adjustable weight set) in your bashroom

upright rows, bent over rows, military press, curls, squats, lunges

if you are feeling weak just do one or two each, better than nothing

once you can get to 50 reps add more weight

2 hours of moderate swimming is like 800-1200 kcal and that isn't enough
