Yeah but after years you'll start being disgusted by the quantities of sugar you used to consume in food and things will generally taste sweeter. Also if you do sugar it will feel like a drug. I think once in a while, particularly during the holiday seasons, it is fine to indulge without guilt, but that's just what works for me.

How do you even balance your sugar intake? Is there a daily limit by grams? Only avoid added sugars? What about natural sugars? What if you eat one really sweet food avoid sugar for the rest of the day?
