if you’re not willing to admit to girls you are avoidant you will keep the toxic cycle of having girls get attached to you then leaving them. If you let them know at least they will be aware of your avoidant tendencies

Honesty is best. Trying to hide it could just turn into feeling the need to hide other things. If they're half decent people and halfway care about you, they'll understand.
