I do, but I'm more of a dog person. 3 dogs would still be a lot, though. I see it as having given up on life and retreating into your own world. With dog people, that usually manifests as lowkey manic campers and hikers whereas with cats, it manifests as frumpy readers lost in romance headcanons.

I'm allergic to cats but my girlfriend has exactly 3

one of my closest friends has like 4 or 5 cats at the place she used to live in (it's her aunt's so even tho it's empty right now she doesn't worry about them finding a new tenant), and she had a situationship, almost a relationship for a couple of years with a dude that even moved out of his very comfortable place to live in that dumpsted that smells so strongly of cat shit.
so 3 cats will be no problem to some dudes.

the main reason I make a difference between people with 1, maybe 2 pets, to more is that in my personal experience people with one or two pets treat their pets very good so it makes sense they have them also to the pet
meanwhile people with more than 2, 3 and up usually have them to fill a void they have and don't take care of them properly anymore, they are more like cattle than pets, a bunch of living beings you like they are dependend on you.
The hygiene of the place, their nutrional needs, grooming and all of that goes out of the window and they are feral creatures to feed and keep around
the crazy cat lady and the crazy dog lady are a stereotype for a reason, they just take more and more pets like a challenge or feel the first one wasn't enough and that's why they got more and more, not because of true love for their pet but their mental illness.

No, as long as she's responsible with them.
If her place doesn't smell like concentrated piss and she knows how to prevent her cats from murdering all the local wildlife, I have no issues. I like animals.
